As I write these words to express my gratitude, my eyes are filled with tears of joy and appreciation for you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing in me. With my J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law I will advocate for our Native Hawaiian rights. The time has come for our lahui’s voice to be heard and represented in the western legal forum. I will make you proud of the work I will accomplish.
