Mahalo donors of the Class of 1970 Scholarship. Your generous contribution has innumerably eased the burden of college tuition, which for me is elevated as I am already going to attend an accredited veterinary school as an 18 year old. My family has already sacrificed a great deal for me to receive a Punahou education, which opened the door for me to become a veterinarian. College is the final step for me to become independent and equipped to serve my community back home, so I am grateful to receive this scholarship and honored to uphold its values.
