The Pauahi Foundation hosted the 2024 Ka Hui ‘Ohu - Mānowai event at the Barn at SALT at Our Kaka‘ako, unveiling the 2024 Donor Mural. In attendance were donors who contributed to the Mānowai Scholarship, along with friends and supporters of the foundation. Guests enjoyed an evening filled with entertainment and a delightful food tasting experience provided by Pitch Sports Bar, Moku Kitchen, and Mana+Pua.

A key highlight of the evening was the announcement by Pauahi Foundation Executive Director Pono Ma‘a that donor support not only met but exceeded the initial fundraising goal. The generosity of our donors will allow more than 40 students to receive a $1,000 scholarship award to support their post-secondary education in the 2025-26 academic year.

This is welcome news for students as the Mānowai Scholarship program helps solve the issue of meeting the ever-growing demand for financial support.
