Mahalo donors of the Pauahi Scholars Scholarship. I am so grateful to be a recipient of this scholarship, and I will be putting it towards funding my college education at UCLA. College is the first step on my path to becoming a dentist. As a dentist, I will have the opportunity to create beautiful smiles while at the same time addressing financial disparities, solving complex dental puzzles, and providing a much-needed service to my community. I hope to make significant dental research contributions to the broader community so that fewer Native Hawaiians suffer from oral health conditions. Mahalo
