Mahalo nui loa donors of the Makaloa Scholarship for supporting me in my aspirations to continue my education in architecture. I am beyond grateful to receive this aid to pursue my dream of studying the intricacies and beauty of architecture at my dream school. I've been set on creating homes for the less privileged in a world of overpriced lifestyles, for I believe that everyone deserves to sleep comfortably at night. Therefore, I hope to focus my studies in the direction of sustainability to learn about how I can help the homeless of Hawai'i. The support of my community through this scholarship means so much to me, and I can't wait to return after furthering my education to give back. Mahalo again!
