It is an honor to receive the Kamehameha class of 1963 Scholarship. I would like to thank you for this opportunity to continue my education. This scholarship will help me reach my goals for this year and the years to come. I am truly grateful for this award to help me gain the ʻike so that I may help those in the future. This means a lot to me and my ʻohana and I mahalo you for this opportunity. Mahalo nui loa!! My goal is to obtain a master's degree and I plan to get a career in a field that revolves around the environment and the ʻāina.
