Our impact
Collectively, we have made great progress and growth, but what excites us the most is the enormous potential we have to do even more.

Mahalo nui donors of the Kamehameha Schools Class of 1983 Scholarship for your generous contribution to my medical education. On my journey to becoming a physician serving our people, mentoring future Native Hawaiian physicians, and uplifting our culture, I am tremendously grateful for the support I am receiving from Kamehameha, without which this would not be possible. I look forward to returning to Hawaiʻi as a physician-scientist to serve the lāhui by advocating for cultural sensitivity in patient care and biomedical research. Mahalo nui loa for your kōkua in helping to train another good and industrious citizen, ready to serve our community.
