Mahalo nui. This past year has been difficult as my mom suffered a massive stroke and I became her caregiver. It is because of this that there would be no way I could continue my education, which is why I will be forever grateful for you and your generosity. This coming year I will be starting my practicum and internships for my degree. It is because of what I have learned in college as well as taking care of my mom that I want to continue my schooling and go for my PhD in psychology focusing on cognitive disabilities.
