It is a great honor to be a recipient of the Pauahi Scholars. Your generosity will assist in the pursuit of my future plans in college and beyond. I firmly believe that this will push me further in my aspirations to perpetuate the knowledge of my kūpuna and allow me to put more significance towards my life-long allegiance to ka pae ʻāina o Hawaiʻi. I can never express my appreciation enough through words, but I will show it through giving back to my ‘āina and my people with my love of cinematography.
