Mahalo donors! I am extremely thankful for the generosity that you have shown to my ʻohana and me with these honorable scholarships, including one that represents the island of Kauaʻi. It will help to pay for the education that will start me on my journey to opening my own restaurant back home in Hawaiʻi and will educate people about the importance of healthy eating habits! I hope to transfer to a four-year program to continue my degree in business in addition to attending culinary school.
