I wanted to express my gratitude to the donors of the Dwayne "Nakila" Steele Scholarship because it is an incredible relief and honor to be able to go to school without worrying about how far it's going to set me back financially. This scholarship has allowed me to focus on the vocational training that I'm currently in. I was able to let go of my part time job and take the opportunity to train with the scientists working to restore our reefs. Mahalo nui for your help, I appreciate what you've done for me, and the opportunities you've allowed me to seize.
