In support of our shared mission, overhead costs associated with the Pauahi Foundation are covered by Kamehameha Schools allowing us to direct all fundraising to our programs.
Hundreds of generous Pauahi Foundation donors came together to celebrate their collective commitment to help Native Hawaiian students achieve their educational goals with the highly anticipated unveiling of Nā Hanohano (the Donor Wall) on ‘Āina Pauahi at Pearl at Kalauao on Saturday, Jan. 25.
The inaugural event recognized donors who gave $1,000 or more to the Pauahi Foundation in the 2024 calendar year on Nā Hanohano as well as the resulting scholarships across the entryway at Pearl at Kalauao on Nā Kīpaipai (the Scholarship Wall).
Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the devastating fires on Maui. Families have lost loved ones, homes, businesses and cherished belongings. As a united ‘ohana, Kamehameha Schools and the Pauahi Foundation stand alongside the people of Maui, offering our unwavering support, strength and aloha.
You can make a difference TODAY by donating to the two funds created to help those affected on Maui:
Contributions help KS Maui and KS Preschools students, families and staff affected by the fires on Maui. KS will match all donations up to $150,000.
Contributions to this Kamehameha Schools fund will help with educational expenses for Maui families rebuilding from loss.
It is through educational systems change that we can restore the Native Hawaiian people and uplift the lāhui.
Together, we can uplift the lāhui. We can create positive change. Join us today in giving with Pauahi.
